my comments
I started with a melody line and the lyrics “everything will keep spinning around” and it took off from there.
I heard a real Americana, earthy sound for it in my head, so I hope that is what I captured.
As I was laying down some basic tracks, I realized that is all I want on this song, just basic tracks!
I have stated, upon the release of my “Single Series”, that the songs I am writing and recording now are just the way I hear them. Influences, styles, they are all purposely not avoided the way I and many writers have in the past! I don’t care! lol! If you listen and say, “Hey that sounds a lot like…” It probably does!  ~JC
