I take a deep breath, and I let it out
I won’t go shaking no hands until I know what it’s about
I don’t fear what I don’t know, I’m just lucky it seems
Whatever it is it’s gonna have to come looking for me

If you see my down by the river walking all alone
Just let it go I’ll find my way home
If you catch me walking on the river light as the air
Smile away ‘cause I’m there

I don’t take for granted and I don’t assume
It takes so much effort and it’ll so consume
I’m using my time to plant a seed or maybe wield a sword
Wondering which one is gonna get me that just reward
